Declaration on the information obligation

Data protection declaration

The protection of your personal data is of concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively based on the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing you enquiry and in the event of follow-up-questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Your Rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that processing of your data violates data protection law, or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.

Google Analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics with its headquarters in the USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contact with the provider for order data processing. Your IP address is recorded but pseudonymized immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible. Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of §96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Anonymization

We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled. This means that the IP address of the users is reduced by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting States of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser is not merged with other data from Google.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your mobile device using the browser. They’re not doing any damage. We use cookies to make our website use-friendly. Some cookies remain stored in your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit us. If you don’t wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the settings of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.
